STRETCHING FOR REHAB:
THE COMPLETE AIS & TEN MINUTE METHOD
Course Overview
Join us for a dynamic workshop focused on functional longevity and rehabilitative stretching. This course merges the grace of dance-based movement with the clinical precision of Active Isolated Stretching (AIS). Whether your goal is to enhance your own self-care or provide advanced therapeutic stretching for your clients, this course offers a "real-world" toolkit for muscle lengthening and fascial release.
Why AIS?
Unlike static stretching, AIS works with the body’s natural physiology to improve circulation and increase the elasticity of muscle and fascia without triggering the stretch reflex that can cause tightness.
