Course Overview

Take a journey into the human structure to understand the why behind chronic pain. This 14-hour intensive training bridges the gap between fascial science and clinical application. We will explore the embryology of fascia and master specific trigger point techniques designed to decrease systemic pain and restore muscle function.

Clinical Deep Dives

We will focus on four major areas of dysfunction, combining a deep dive into anatomy with hands-on protocols:

• Sciatica & Low Back Pain: Treating the sacral plexus and lumbar musculature.

• Frozen Shoulder: Navigating the brachial plexus and shoulder complex.

• Carpal Tunnel Syndrome: Addressing nerve entrapment and distal trigger points.

• Facial (TMJ) Dysfunction: Understanding the musculature of the jaw and face for tension relief.

Participant Requirements:

To ensure a high-quality hands-on exchange, we will work in pairs. Please come prepared with the following:

• Equipment: One massage table, a full set of sheets, a notebook, and a pen.

• Attire: Loose, comfortable clothing that facilitates movement and allows for easy access during massage exchanges.
